Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 medium onion, chopped

    • 1 (13 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces

    • 1 head bok choy, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add sausage; cook and stir until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Add bok choy and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
